Vegan Superfood Pizza



Indulge in a guilt-free delight with this Vegan Superfood Pizza packed with nutrient-rich ingredients and bursting with flavor. It's a perfect balance of wholesome goodness and savory satisfaction.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425F 220C

Place the pre-made vegan pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pizza crust

Evenly distribute baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cooked quinoa, cooked chickpeas, sliced black olives, and sunflower seeds over the sauce

Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are heated through

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing
