This gluten-free Dijon chicken dish is warm and tasty, and it only takes 30 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put minced garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
Mix them together
Put chicken breasts in a baking dish and use olive oil to coat them
Cover the chicken breasts with the Dijon mixture
After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the juices run clear
Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
