Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the salmon fillets
Melt the butter and add the garlic and lemon juice to a small bowl
Spread the garlic butter on top of the salmon fillets
Add pepper and salt to taste
The salmon should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and flaky when pierced with a fork
